Bree Herndon, DNP, CNM, ARNP was born and raised in Southern Idaho. She received a Bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Western Washington University specializing in reproductive ecology, which introduced her to midwifery and the positive impact midwives can have on families and communities. Bree completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree at Boise State University before moving to the Puget Sound for graduate school at the University of Washington, graduating with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Midwifery and Reproductive Health. She worked in South King County for four years, founding and growing a new midwifery practice for a local health system before ultimately deciding to settle in Central Oregon. Bree enjoys all aspects of midwifery with a special passion for building relationships with her patients, supporting them through the many stages of their reproductive lives, and providing patients with the education and information to optimize their health and well being.
