Erica Schiess

Erica Schiess, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Oregon native who is thrilled to care for the women of this community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland and completed her graduate training at Gonzaga University. With 15 years of experience as a bedside nurse, Erica brings a strong foundation of clinical skill, compassion, and calm presence to her practice.

Erica’s clinical interests include adolescent health, comprehensive contraceptive counseling for all ages, PCOS management, fertility support, and hormone therapy—including care for perimenopause and menopausal patients using HRT. She is also committed to trauma-informed care and helping patients navigate complex or sensitive concerns with comfort and confidence. She values building long-lasting relationships and takes a patient-centered, collaborative approach to empower women in making informed decisions about their health.

Outside of work, Erica is a dedicated mom to her young son. Together they enjoy exploring Oregon’s outdoors, especially weekend escapes to the coast. She is an avid runner and yogi, and loves hiking, lake days, and hitting the slopes with friends and family
